Navigant Consulting is committed to leveraging our people, knowledge, skills and resources to assist in advancing the lives of individuals in communities where we operate. We support organizations that:
- Seek to improve the health and welfare of those in need
- Create programs and environments that promote learning and development opportunities for young people
- Provide services and resources to those who require assistance
- Promote cultural enrichment, social awareness and environmental enhancements in the communities we serve
In addition to the volunteerism of Navigant employees, the Company established a charitable trust in 2005, NCI Lending A Hand, to provide a mechanism by which employees and the Company could make donations to support Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Collectively the Company and its employees raised more than $360,000 that benefited organizations that were helping to rebuild and restore the lives and communities impacted by the storm.
Today, NCI Lending A Hand is a registered 501(c)3 organization and administers monetary donations to organizations that are important to our employees and our clients.
