Richard X. Fischer

Mr. Fischer has responsibility for managing NCI's legal, compliance and business risk matters. He is also part of the Company’s Practice Standards and Compliance Committee. Prior to joining Navigant Consulting, he was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer for Sears Holdings Corporation. He has also worked for prominent national law firms, including Sidley Austin and Foley & Lardner.
