Internship Programs

Navigant’s Summer Associate Program provides students with a preview of the exciting career opportunities in consulting. Summer Associates work with consultants across a variety of service areas. We make every effort to match assignments with each individual’s interests, while giving them exposure to the breadth of our services and clients.

Summer Associates will have the opportunity to work with all levels of consulting professionals - Consultant through Director. Assignments may involve work in fact-finding, allocating costs, analyzing damages, organizing information, quantifying lost profits or valuing a business.

Our program is targeted toward undergraduate students who are approaching their senior year with academic concentrations in accounting, finance, engineering, information systems or economics. We are looking for individuals with a strong GPA and exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Navigant Consulting is built around the “can do” thinking of aggressive, bright people. Individuals showing an interest and ability in project work and a performance-oriented attitude are a good fit for our consulting practice.

Our Summer Associate Program offers a glimpse into the exciting career opportunities available at Navigant. We recruit at a number of schools in the spring for those offices hosting a Summer Associate program. Please check the Campus List for the schools we will be visiting to conduct interviews in the spring.
