Navigant Consulting participates in on-campus career fairs and hosts presentations to introduce university students to our company. Refer to the Campus List for a listing of campuses we plan to visit.

The interview process begins by submitting your resume through your university on-line system or through our website. We then invite a selected group of students to an initial interview on campus at our targeted universities. We conduct behavioral interviews to enable our professionals to learn more about you and answer any questions you may have about Navigant.

Upon completion of the campus interview, selected candidates are invited to the office for a second round of interviews. The comprehensive interviews focus on core competencies and work experiences. During the visit, candidates get the opportunity to meet other candidates as well as many of our professionals. This is the final step in assessing the overall ability and fit of the candidates. After the office visit, offers are extended to those who best match our preset qualifications.
