The Navigant Diversity & Inclusion Program

The mission and vision of Navigant’s Diversity and Inclusion Program is to create a rewarding and challenging environment, and a collaborative culture that provides continuing support to all Navigant professionals and enables individual and collective development and success.  Underpinning the program is a commitment to attracting, developing, and embracing the unique talents of top performing individuals to serve our clients’ most critical business needs. 

The program leadership is provided by an executive Diversity Council and includes several Employee Resource Groups, which offer channels for employees across the organization to contribute and foster community.  These groups help all of our employees:

  • Leverage social networking resources to forge new relationships among members, share expertise and advice, and receive valuable feedback and insights
  • Grow their internal and external networks
  • Develop a greater affinity for different experiences, backgrounds and perspectives
  • Take advantage of the unique opportunities to enhance leadership skills and abilities needed to thrive in a complex and global environment
