Christopher is a widely experienced technology-led change and programme leader with 10 years experience across the private and public sectors. Working with large clients in the Healthcare and Education sectors, he has managed complex supply chain and contractual arrangements and has a strong background in creative technical solution development. Christopher now leads the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Consultancy Unit he started within Navigant to provide specialist ICT support and investment strategies for a range of clients and service markets - including many Tier 1 OEMs, Local Authorities and Government Agencies. Christopher strives to bring integrated and collaborative ICT solutions into a variety of environments and is a leading proponent of transforming service delivery models to focus more wholly on the end-user.
