Jonathan Berger is a Managing Director and Practice co-head of Navigant Capital Advisors, where he oversees activities for the practice areas Investment Banking, Valuation, and Transaction Advisory. Mr. Berger provides senior level deal experience to middle market clients in executing mergers and acquisitions, raising private equity and other debt instruments, and strategic advisory assignments. He has personally completed over 75 M&A transactions and has executed and acted as financial advisor in over 100 capital raising transactions from large senior debt transactions ($337mm) to numerous private equity transactions in the $10-$40mm range. Mr. Berger also provides sell-side representation, buy-side deal management, capital raising and strategic consulting to clients both domestically and internationally.
