Andrew Garcia has over 20 years of experience in industry in the UK and internationally. He heads up Navigant Consulting's Environmental and Waste sector. Andrew's experience in the environmental sector includes responsibility for procurement, tendering, infrastructure development, operations as well as strategy development and implementation. Mr. Garcia has successfully run a multi-million pound division of the UK's market leading waste management contractor and been responsible for increasing it's order book by over 40% in 3 years. He has led the design and procurement process for a number of major waste management recycling and treatment facilities. With extensive experience in running business in a range of sectors, including, waste, environmental, building materials distribution and manufacturing he has extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams responsible to multiple stakeholders in the City, in Government and the public sector as well as to the teams themselves. He has in-depth communication skills and experience of heading up customer facing projects
