A career financial services management consultant, after graduating from Durham in 1988 Andrew worked for Andersen Consulting prior to forming Troika ten years later. Troika was acquired by Navigant Consulting in August 2007. The Financial Services practice aims to be an alternative to the established big five consultancies' ethos of big project teams and big fees. His motivation in building the business was (and remains) his eagerness to enjoy working with teams of knowledgeable, motivated people he liked, be they staff or clients. This principle has led to the growth of a remarkable culture and a business that shares its founders concern for the fulfilment of its staff.
