Andy is a Director with Navigant Consulting and serves as Head of the Financial Services practice in Scotland, and Head of the General Insurance industry team, with responsibility for growing our presence and our teams in both of these segments. Andy joined Navigant (then Troika) in the summer of 2006 after 14 years with Accenture where he delivered a range of business and IT change programmes across multiple industries. He has worked exclusively in retail financial services for the past 10 years, running projects and programmes in General Insurance, Life and Pensions and Investment Management. Since joining Navigant Andy's diverse project experience has included the development and delivery of operational efficiency programmes, new distribution operating models, outsourcing market advice, running supplier selection processes, IT benchmarking, and customer retention strategies. Andy is based in the Glasgow office.
