His extensive knowledge of technical claim and operational issues has been utilized by the largest insolvencies in the world. Mr. Barbagallo provides expert testimony in federal and state court, arbitration and depositions. He currently serves as Estate Manager for the Midland Estate for the New York Liquidation Bureau, and is also providing due diligence reviews of various liquidations for several State Guaranty Associations including 11 states.
