Bob Groves is a Managing Director in the Construction practice, specializing in engineering and accounting consulting, as well as providing expert testimony on construction and government contract matters. Mr. Groves' work includes the analysis of schedule delays and cost overruns on construction projects and manufacturing programs, preparation and evaluation of claims, preparation of settlement proposals related to contract terminations and fraud and false claims investigations. Bob has testified in state and federal civil courts, in regulatory proceedings and arbitrations and has participated in mediations and settlement negotiations. Bob is also a Lecturer at the Stanford University School of Engineering and has provided seminars to corporations, public agencies and law firms.
