Brian Hammer is a Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice. Mr. Hammer's background includes substantial government contract, construction contract and general commercial dispute. His consulting experience includes preparation and analysis of requests for equitable adjustment and claims; analysis of contract terminations; investigation, review and analysis in defense of qui tam; defective pricing and fraud investigations by the government; and the preparation and analysis of lost profit and other breach claims. Mr. Hammer has testified in state and federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
