As a Director in NCI's Healthcare, State Payer practice, Cathy Anderson has over 25 years of experience in human services in the areas of developmental disabilities, mental health, and Medicaid. She has provided consultation services in over 30 states in the areas of systems redesign, policy development and quality management systems. Ms Anderson is past president of the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disability Services (NASDDDS) and is a current member of the NASDDDS alumni association.
