Ms. David is a Director in the Energy Practice, with more than 10 years of experience as an executive in the energy industry and an additional 15 years of experience as a practicing lawyer. She has significant business and legal experience in a wide range of matters in and outside of the energy industry, including mergers and acquisitions, electric industry restructuring, operational optimization, business integration, support services operations, electric transmission policy, and electric utility business and regulatory matters, including compliance programs.
