Mr. Ryals consults on development and construction projects, as well as government contracts in the areas of planning, scheduling, project control systems and other project management issues. He has been retained by owners, contractors and designers to provide expert services on a broad range of projects including industrial, energy, petrochemical, defense, commercial/residential, transportation, information technology and aerospace. His experience includes active program management, project advisory services, forensic analysis and expert testimony. He has been qualified as an expert and has provided testimony in state court, arbitrations and ADR proceedings on matters involving schedule delay and disruption, acceleration, labor inefficiency and associated damages.
