Mr. McDonald has more than 30 years of experience with utilities, energy companies and governmental agencies developing, implementing, and evaluating Clean Energy strategies, policies and programs. His expertise includes strategy, finance, public policy, technology management, resource planning, asset management, and regulatory analysis. He has worked with more than 30 utilities on developing their energy efficiency and distributed generation programs including design, marketing, and evaluation. In addition, Mr. McDonald has worked with a number of Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) on developing and marketing energy service products. Mr. McDonald has worked with utilities, manufacturers, and governmental agencies to evaluate investments and commercialization strategies for clean energy and environmental technologies and services. Mr. McDonald has testified on utility planning, rates, and market issues in more than 12 states and 2 Canadian provinces.
