Darl Rhoades has over 30 years of professional experience, working on matters involving accounting, internal controls, internal investigations and forensic reviews, cost allocation and control, procurement, business unit and related systems integration, process re-engineering and change management. The majority of his experience is with companies doing substantial business with the U.S. government. He assists companies and their legal counsel with complex regulatory matters including employee and supplier fraud investigations, contract compliance and related litigation matters, including contract pricing and claims, cost accounting disputes, and matters involving defective pricing and other similar allegations. Mr. Rhoades also works with clients and their legal counsel on matters involving regulatory and statutory compliance and internal investigations. He has extensive experience working on issues related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, including identifying and documenting potentially corrupt payments and the agreements and other information relating to these payments, tracing transactions through local, regional and corporate accounting and financial reporting systems, and establishing and evaluating internal control systems.
