Mr. Pattillo is the Global Construction Disputes Service Line Leader for Navigant Consulting, and has 25 years of experience in cost estimating, scheduling, project management, claims analysis, and dispute resolution. Working on behalf of owners, contractors, design firms, sureties and their counsel, he has performed schedule and cost analysis services on more than two hundred industrial, civil, commercial and institutional projects both domestically and internationally. In addition, Mr. Pattillo provides consultation to clients in the areas of project management, contract administration, cost and schedule control systems and procedures, project monitoring and project advisory services focused on risk management. Mr. Pattillo has been qualified as an expert witness at numerous arbitrations and in federal and state courts, including the Board of Contract Appeals. He is an accomplished speaker and published author on such construction topics as project management, scheduling, risk management, and pricing and proving construction claims.
