Mr. Tortorello is the Managing Director of the Construction Practice of Navigant Consulting. Mr. Tortorello specializes in project management services on large and small construction projects and has over 21 years of experience in the areas of construction claims analysis, cost analysis, engineering design, project management and scheduling. Mr. Tortorello has experience with construction claims for high rise buildings, power plants, oil refineries, prisons, wastewater treatment plants, rail transportation systems, airports, hotels and schools. His experience includes computer schedule preparation for forensic analysis, development of as-built schedules, damage claim analysis, design and construction technical analysis and evaluation of opposing analysis.
