David Weber is a Director in NCI's Disputes & Investigations practice out of the Dallas office. David brings a wide range of experience in litigating and investigating complex civil and criminal litigation. He was a trial attorney specializing in complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. In addition, David directed the Dallas office of a national risk management company and later served as Discovery Practices Counsel for a national electronic discovery services company. Mr. Weber has extensive experience in creating discovery strategies for clients involved in large scale discovery matters, and assisting corporate clients with data retention and recovery policies.
