Deborah Gold is a Director in the Investigations practice and leads the Business Intelligence and Research services in Toronto. She has over 10 years of consulting experience in business intelligence and investigations. Ms Gold's consulting work is centered on integrity due diligence, which involves the investigation of the backgrounds of companies, their senior management, and key employees in order to discover potential conflicts of interest, questionable business practices, inappropriate business relationships, and integrity issues that could create future problems for a proposed merger, acquisition, or investment. She conducts similar research to assist in the development of case strategy in civil litigation.
