For more than a decade, Don Harvey has advised clients on issues involving project and contract administration, cost growth, delay issues and claim preparation. Through his years as a project manager and expert consultant, Mr Harvey has developed an extensive knowledge of project management, scheduling and cost controls. He has prepared delay and damage analyses for mutlinational owners, developers and contractors. Mr Harvey has also performed schedule analyses on several disputes associated with government procurement contracts. Prior to working in the consulting field, Mr Harvey provided project management and engineering services for the design and construction of over $100m in infrastructure and heavy construction projects, gaining hands-on experience from the ground up.
