Edward R. Casas is Senior Managing Director and Head of Navigant Capital Advisors. Ed specializes in financial and operating restructurings, investment banking, valuation, corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and strategic plan development on behalf of creditors, debtors, equity sponsors, third party purchasers and sellers. Prior to joining Navigant in 2005, he was the founding member and Senior Managing Director of Casas, Benjamin & White, LLC, a leading mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring firm. Ed has significant expertise in working with large groups of senior secured creditors, unsecured creditors, boards of directors and company management, excelling in bring disparate stakeholders in a process to consensus.
