She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of California and a Certified Management Accountant. Ms. Dean has testified in depositions and trials in Federal and State Courts and arbitrations as an expert on accounting issues and damages in contract disputes, patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, fraud and funds tracing cases. She has focused her consulting services primarily on advising clients in the evaluation and quantification of economic damage arising from commercial litigation and intellectual property matters.
