Mr. Boliakis is a director in the Real Estate Advisory Services practice of Navigant Consulting and manages the practice in the eastern US region and international assignments. His work demonstrates a concentration in transaction matters for both investors and users of real estate. Mr. Boliakis has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in providing services to financial services firms, insurance companies and real estate investors, developers, owners and operators in a variety of financial and operational matters. His prior experience includes, commercial real estate investing as principal, underwriter for an insurance company in structured financing and project management roles with Tishman Realty & Construction in New York.
