Mr. Beatty is a Director in the Government Contractor Services practice. His practice entails advising clients on matters involving government contract regulatory compliance, contract audit matters, contract pricing, cost accounting and contractor compliance programs. Mr. Beatty has over 25 years of experience in government and private industry, both international and domestic, with companies doing business with the U.S. Government. Projects have included making assessments of the adequacy of internal controls and processes; assessments of project cost accounting systems; preparation of annual incurred cost submissions; compliance with Cost Accounting Standards and Disclosure Statement requirements; developing revisions to indirect cost structures; review of contract administration practices and pre-audit assistance for contractor purchasing, and cost estimating systems. Mr. Beatty has authored several articles on government contracting matters.
