Scott Solomon is a Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice, where he provides independent advisory services to boards, independent trustees, corporate management, internal counsel and external counsel. Mr. Solomon has extensive experience in conducting independent accounting investigations, performing money laundering investigations and calculating complex damages in commercial litigation matters. Mr. Solomon has appeared before the SEC on several occasions to present findings of alleged fraudulent financial reporting on behalf of his clients. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists and the Illinois CPA Society.
