Gary Goolsby has comprehensive business and technical experience gained over his 32 year career including 28 in the audit practice and as a leadership partner with a major international accounting and auditing firm. He has also served as President and Chief Financial Officer with a Houston company. During his career Mr. Goolsby has achieved extensive experience in a wide range of industries including business, auditing and accounting issues identification and resolution; process management and documentation; regulatory consultations including direct interaction with regulators; SEC registrations including IPOs; risk identification and resolution; resolution of litigation and sensitive issues; and numerous training and public presentations. He has also worked with international issues in a number of countries and his involvement with global and U.S. professional committees exposed Mr. Goolsby to various views on process and internal control issues.
