Gregory F. Hagood, CFA, serves as a Managing Director with the Investment Banking group of Navigant Capital Advisors, the Corporate Finance practice group of Navigant Consulting, Inc., where he focuses on providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services to middle market companies, primarily in the business and financial services sectors. During the past decade, Greg has completed over 40 merger & acquisition transactions and over 50 public offerings. Recent transactions include representing Convergent Resources, Inc. in its sale to Silver Oak Services Partners, representing Project Time & Cost in its recapitalization with Hancock Park Associates, representing Digitel in the sale of its NeoNova Network Services subsidiary to Azure Capital, and representing Coalition America in its acquisition of National Preferred Provider Network. He is a member of the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts and serves on the Advisory Board for Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool.
