With nearly 30 years of utility operations, finance, accounting, and auditing experience, Ms. Bailey has an impressive record of accomplishment in delivering financial results. As a former executive manager of one of the largest public power utilities in the U.S., Ms. Bailey was the go-to person to lead difficult or challenging assignments. Most recently, she oversaw the development of a billion-dollar electric transmission system in Texas. Ms. Bailey also managed the establishment of a separate corporation, providing leadership and increasing the asset base from $250 million to over $1 billion in five years. Additionally, she is well versed in regulatory policy and providing expert testimony in utility rate cases. Ms. Bailey holds the distinction as the first woman controller of a Texas electric utility.
