Ian Ruddock is a Managing Director in Navigant Consulting's Structured & Property Finance practice. He was one of the founding members of ABROS, recently acquired by Navigant Consulting. Ian has led the SP&F activities in the PFI market, particularly in the education sector. Ian has project experience in the housing, transport and property sectors. He has also advised a number of private sector clients bidding for public-private schemes.
