Ms. Record is a Director in NCI's Dispute and Investigations practice in London. She has provided extensive litigation support including preparing expert witness reports, giving evidence in a wide variety of civil and criminal cases and acting as an expert assessor. She has managed and conducted complex investigations in many areas including the extractive, leisure, financial, manufacturing and retail sectors for large corporate and government clients. In addition she has advised on on anti-money laundering provisions and fraud risk management techniques.
