Mr. Highfill’s has extensive experience as both a contractor and consultant in the area of project controls, with particular emphasis on CPM scheduling. As a contractor, he played a major role in scheduling and coordinating work at Dominion Power’s Bath County Pumped Storage Project, Duke Power’s Bad Creek Pumped Storage Project, the University of North Carolina’s Cogeneration Plant, Oglethorpe (GA) Power’s Tallassee Hydroelectric Plant, among others. As a consultant, Mr. Highfill has provided schedule management services for large, complex, active projects, such as the Chemical Weapons Demilitarization Project in Anniston, Alabama, and the Southern New Jersey Light Rail System. Mr. Highfill’s work includes developing and managing schedules in excess of 25,000 activities, including cost and resource loa! ding. Mr. Highfill has a full appreciation of the critical issues of effective communication, organization, and efficient data management in the management of large, complex schedules.
