Mr. Berry has proven proficiency and proactive leadership in developing and implementing integrated document and digital management strategies for clients involved in complex litigation. He has provided expertise in all facets of litigation support including crafting discovery management solutions for many different scenarios. Mr. Berry has directly managed many large-scale litigation support efforts including DOJ Second Requests and other large-scale inquiries by governmental agencies. As an example, he managed the third largest Second Request ever produced to the DOJ which included productions to other federal entities such as the Federal Communications Commision and the Securities and Exchange Commision. Recently, he has directed and managed a complex project involving a telecommunications accounting scandal. This project consisted of 200 custodians and more than 140 billion e-mail messages. Jamie managed and coordinated the efforts to collect all data, roughly 12 terabytes, through to production to Federal and State entities under tight timelines. Mr. Berry has vast experience in the Litigation Support industry, serving most recently as the Director of e-Discovery Services for Litigation Consulting Services, a Thomson Reuters business. Prior to that Jamie has held various positions in the electronic discovery industry: Senior Managing Consultant at LECG where he managed the Legal Quality Control team; National Director of Client Services at Merrill Legal Solutions where he managed a team of 8 electronic discovery consultants and 12 electronic discovery project managers; Litigation Support Manager for the East Region of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP, which included managing all litigation support activity for offices Baltimore, Washington DC, New York, Boston, and Chicago.
