As a Director in NCI's Energy practice, John Forman has over 40-years of experience in planning, developing, design, and construction of high-voltage utility system transmission and distribution facilities from 4-kV to 500-kV, including the last high-voltage line built into California and placed in service in 1993. He continues today providing O&M expertise to the owners of the project. Mr. Forman's expertise covers the local distribution system to the end consumer, as well as the bulk transmission system to transmit bulk electric power. Mr. Forman is just now completing a five-year program to renovate the redundant communication system including microwave and fiber-optics associated with a major 500-kV interconnection.
