John Geron is a Managing Director in the Investigations practice. He has over 35 years of experience in auditing and forensic accounting, including financial investigations and litigation support. Prior to joining NCI, Mr. Geron was the Managing Practice Director of the Global Assurance practice of an international accounting firm. While at NCI he has been involved in over a dozen investigations and white collar litigation support matters post Sarbanes-Oxley. Mr. Geron has dealt extensively with boards of directors of public companies and has interfaced on many occasions with the SEC.
