Joseph Blalock is currently a Director in Navigant Consulting's Financial Services practice in New York City.  Mr. Blalock has 21 years of experience as a financial analyst, risk manager, and management consultant primarily for companies engaged in banking, mortgage finance, asset management, and securitization. He is highly knowledgeable of quantitative and statistical methods used in financial instrument valuation and portfolio management as well as all aspects of mortgage banking. His working experience involves transactions, valuation, and hedging fixed-income financial instruments (MBS, ABS, other bonds), derivatives, and foreign currency-based instruments. He has the Financial Risk Manager credential from Global Association of Risk Professionals.
