His diverse industry experience includes advising electric energy, health-care, not-for-profit, and state and local government organizations. His primary responsibilities include consultation on GAAP, financial reporting, SEC, and GAAS / auditing issues and advising audit committees, company executives, and legal counsel relating to independent financial investigations and litigation matters.
