His consulting work focuses on business interruption, extra expenses, inventory, accounts receivable, multi-claimant liability disputes, product recall, and third-party liability disputes. Mr. O’Toole’s industry experience includes pulp and paper, steel, aluminum, chemical, petrochemical, hotel and restaurant, agribusiness, mining, utilities, health care, pharmaceutical, transportation, cement, glass, lumber, food processing, personal services, retail and wholesale and miscellaneous manufacturing.
