Kreg McCollum is a Director in the Energy practice and has more than 18 years of experience as a resource economist and consultant to the electric power and water supply industries. His expertise encompasses financial and economic feasibility studies, public and private financing of capital projects, economic impact analysis, asset valuations, economic forecasts, and service pricing theory applications. Mr. McCollum managed the financial feasibility assessment of the State of California's efforts to purchase power resources on behalf of the state's three investor-owned utilities. This assessment was in support of the issuance of $11.26 billion in revenue bonds needed to meet short-term power needs within California.
