As a Managing Director at Navigant Consulting (Europe), Ms Newman leads the Public Sector Advisory business in the London Construction Practice, a service offering that captures PPP (Public Private Partnerships) and PFI (Private Finance Initiative) and other Central and Local Government related Programmes and Projects. Ms Newman has extensive experience in programme/project management and providing business, strategic and technical advisory services to all areas of capital investment and for both the Public and Private sectors. Her experience has encompassed some highly innovative and complex schemes and she has worked on more than 30 PPP/PFI projects across all sectors (including education, libraries/culture, roads, leisure, judicial, infrastructure and health) ranging in value from £15m to £1bn. She has an additional specialism in education and community projects having closed 9 education PPP/PFI deals and is an expert in Stakeholder consultation, communications and management.
