Linda McAuley is a Managing Director with the Healthcare practice and leads the Revenue Cycle Operations Improvement services. With over 25 years experience in both consulting and management for healthcare organizations, Ms. McAuley has extensive experience working with executives to achieve improvements in net revenue and cash flow. She has led complex systems' implementations and process improvement projects. Ms. McAuley is a frequent speaker at HFMA and other organizations' meetings on revenue cycle topics such as operationalizing managed care contract terms, improving cash flow, and reducing write-offs due to denials.
