Lorena Redding is a Director in the Atlanta office. She assists clients with commercial real estate investment decisions, through due diligence and acquisitions, and ongoing valuations for reporting purposes. Ms. Redding has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, consulting, feasibility analysis, valuation and marketing. Armed with considerable knowledge in fair value requirements from Stark law compliance, to GAAP purchase accounting rules, Ms. Redding assists clients through transactions. She is a member of the appraisal institute (MAI), is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in eight states, and holds a masters degree in real estate.
