As a Managing Director in the Disputes & Investigations practice, Ms Edwards leads the firm's Payer Disputes service line representing Managed Care Organizations, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Third Party Administrators and government-paid programs. Ms Edwards advises clients on a variety of operational, claims and reimbursement issues including: out-of-network reimbursement, enrollment, billing, sales/marketing, claim adjudication and pricing. Ms Edwards is also a leader in the firm’s Complex Data Management and Analysis practice responsible for data acquisition, discovery services and economic modeling of large volumes of transactional data in a variety of industries. Ms Edwards has provided expert testimony in federal court and mediations.
