Michael Maloney is a Managing Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice, and is a leading expert in the fields of forensic accounting and investigations, white collar defense, corporate fraud, and commercial disputes and damages. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Maloney has provided litigation, accounting, financial and forensic consulting services in a wide variety of business issues and disputes. He has testified as an expert, participated in major settlement negotiations, and provided on-site courtroom support during complex trials. Mr. Maloney has been a guest lecturer on accounting investigations at the University of Illinois and Georgetown University.
