Neil Mayall is the practice area leader for Navigant's U.S. Financial Services practice. Neil was one of the three founding directors of Troika, which was acquired by Navigant Consulting in July 2007 to form the basis of its European Financial Services practice. Prior to establishing Troika, Neil worked with Andersen Consulting's Financial Services practice for nine years. Neil has concentrated on managing the implementation of change within large financial services organizations, including the design, negotiation and implementation of a series of large outsourcing arrangements. In 2002, he established Troika's Investment Management practice and he remains focused on clients in this sector.
