Neil Mayall was one of the three founding directors of Troika, which was acquired by Navigant Consulting in July 2007 to form the basis of its European Financial Services practice. Prior to establishing Troika, Neil worked with Andersen Consulting's Financial Services practice for nine years. Neil has concentrated on managing the implementation of change within large financial services organisations, including the design, negotiation and implementation of a series of large outsourcing arrangements. In 2002, he was responsible for establishing Troika's Investment Management practice and remains responsible for sales to this industry sector.
