Mr. O’Brien is a Director in the Washington DC office of Navigant Consulting. His principal focus is development of the government services practice. Mr. O’Brien has led business development efforts with multiple U.S. Federal Government military and civilian agencies. He has also provided management and technology advisory services to Fortune 500 companies and high-tech start-ups. Mr. O’Brien has managed client engagements in the areas of strategic planning, performance measurement, technology selection, technology audit, strategic sourcing, economic modeling, shared services, human capital planning, portfolio management and large scale software development. During his career of more than 18 years, he has held managerial positions in the US and several European countries.
