Dr. Nigel Legge is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.  With more than 20 years experience in industry and extensive UK and international involvement in major civil engineering infrastructure projects and structures, Dr. Legge leads the civil and structural service line for the UK Standard & Performance group at Navigant.  His project experience includes Heathrow Terminal 5, Crossrail, the Swiss Alp Transit project and the Channel Tunnel. Dr Legge is specialist in all aspects of the design and construction of tunnels and underground structures, geotechnics, ground engineering and structural failure investigations. He provides non-contentious and contentious expert technical advisory services for construction involving claims, standard of care, risk management, due diligence and forensic engineering to owners, contractors, lawyers, funding and government organizations.
