A Managing Director in NCI's Energy practice, Pat Hurley has responsibility for client services including planning and analysis, fuel supply, electric power procurement, and outsourcing. He has conducted due diligence for $12 billion of electric power transactions. He has played key roles in negotiation of agreements for acquisition of utility assets and major utility business process outsourcing agreements. Mr. Hurley has over 30 years of experience, including North American and international engagements for utilities, energy users and government agencies. He is adept at identifying the key implications of complex client matters and communicating these in straightforward terms.
